On the bowl, a woman is shown drawing water from a well; a man crosses a bridge behind a temple; a man walks amongst ruins. On the lid, a ruined castle and two ruins are shown among trees. Soft-paste porcelain, transfer-printed onglaze in purple, painted in polychrome enamels, and gilt, height, whole, 11.2 cm, diameter, whole, 11.5 cm, circa 1765- circa 1770.
