"Four hundred copies of this book were printed at the New York Public Library on all-rag paper manufactured by the Hurlbut Paper Company of South Lee, Massachusetts. The monochrome collotype plates were made by the Meriden Gravure Company of Meriden, Connecticut, and the colored frontispiece by Arthur Jaffé, Inc., of New York City. The type used for the text is Caslon Old Face." Museum has copy no. 179.
