Description

Cotton joined towel ends embroidered with polychrome (black, blue, turquoise, green, red, mauve and cream) silks in tent, double running and eyelet stitch.

The ends are finished with a fringed braid which includes some silver metal thread. The design is an arrangement of triangular decorative panels and symmetrically placed, detached motifs of carnations, Cypress trees and Maltese crosses.
