Description

Sampler, muslin, embroidered with linen thread in satin, buttonhole, chain, stem and hemstitch. The edges are turned under and hem stitched. The sampler comprises horizontal bands of repeat patterns including spiral stems and floral sprays, with one band comprising of rectangles of fine drawn thread work stitches.
