Linen hanging embroidered with polychrome silks (blue, buff, green, mauve, red, white, yellow) in silk, brick, double darning, double running stitch and needle weaving. At each end of the hanging are bands of needle weaving, a band of zigzags, a floral border and another band of zigzags. Above this sits is a large symmetrical floral motif.
