Black plastic over cardboard covers. 63 leaves, each perforated approx. 12 mm in from spine edge to allow removal. The following leaves have been removed: 1 from between ff.3 and 4; 1 from between ff.5 and 6; 2 from between ff.12 and 13; 1 from between ff.14 and 15; 1 from between ff.38 and 39; 4 from between ff.47 and 48.
