Jasper, white with green dip on the exterior of the cups and the interiors of the saucers, and white reliefs; engine-turned fluting and lapidary polished rim and interior. Translucent. The cups have a frieze of reliefs between the rim and the striped engine-turning round the lower part. The saucers have a border of acanthus and laurel leaves radiating inwards from the rim, and engine-turned stripes radiating from an undecorated circle in the centre. Cup has a putto with pipe, a dog, a vase of flowers, a dragonfly, two girls, one of whom is sewing from Domestic Employment, a plant, another plant, and a butterfly.
