Factory: Wedgwood (Doubtful)
Jasper, solid pale blue with white relief. Circular, the front with raised edge, the reverse with circular depression. Queen Anne in profile to left. On the reverse, in the centre, impressed '31' surrounded by a slightly raised circle.
