A Gill Floriated Initial is used on page one. The paper is Mohawk Superfine Text ... The pattern design used on the cover and endpagers was made for this edition by the wood engraver, John DePol ... There are 200 copies in this edition and this is copy number [in ms] 68."--Colophon. Bound in blue cloth cover with paper label on spine and front cover.
