" ... designed by George Laws and printed by M. A. Gelfand and Jim Ricciardi on Mohawk Letterpress paper from type (Bembo) set at the Out of Sorts Letter Foundery ... With a few exceptions, the wood engravings were printed from the original wood blocks, and other types of illustration were printed from metal line cuts. John DePol created the design for the cover pattern paper, and a new wood engraving of the Stone House. George Laws drew the "Stone House Press" initials and figures for the title page and the opening paragraphs of the Preface, and the Introduction ... The binding was designed by George Laws: the books bound by Frank Casto of Alpha-Pavia Bindery, New York City. This edition is limited to 200 copies, numbered and signed by the compiler and by the printer, with 175 for sale" -- Colophon. Museum copy is unnumbered. Quarter bound in cloth with patterned paper sides.
