Cockade fan, sticks and guards of shaped horn, pierced and set with cut sequins (19+2). The central pivot is set with a quizzing glass and the end of each guard (handle) has a circular reducing mirror. A beige silk ribbon is threaded through the sticks. The fan is opens as a series of waves on the outer edge.
