Folding 'applied faces' fan of double paper leaf, with combination sticks and guards. Applied faces of painted ivory. Sticks: a combination of finishes giving a colourful and textured effect, including; carved and pierced tortoiseshell, ivory, wood and gilt filigree with enamels. Brass loop and double silk? tassel.
