"1000 copies ... printed at The Gehenna Press in Northampton, Massachusetts. The pressman was Harold McGrath. The plates have been printed at The Meriden Gravure Company ... The text has been set in Monotype Van Dijck and printed on paper specially made for this book by The Curtis Paper Company. Twenty-five copies have been bound at The Harcourt Bindery, Boston in one-half oasis niger, and are numbered 1 to 25."--Colophon Museum has copy 220. Quarter bound in parchment with green paper sides.
