Screen fan, signed: Qingjia Chunhe with un-deciphered seal. Dedicated to Jiesan first elder brother in two colophons, dated shinmao, probably 1831. Colophons signed; right: ' Dongxu Jin Yong; left Juo (?) gan Fang Li, seals un-deciphered. Decorated, obverse: with Wang Xiji seated at a stone table, beginning to write, his attendant rubbing the ink, by a river bank, with geese; in the background, a crackle-glazed pot containing dwarf prunus and bamboo, on a rustic carved stand, reverse with two colophons in cartouches. Stick: dark hardwood with ivory finial. Rim: brocade covered. Face: silk, inscribed and painted in ink and wash.
