Description

Cameo cut in opacified amber, of a bearded man wearing a high embroidered collar, facing in profile to right, possibly Eric XIV of Sweden (1533-ruled 1560-1568), set in a gilt-metal frame with four rosettes in the corners, each set with green glass, with red enamelled border, and open back, and at the top a loop and ring for suspension.
