Translated as: A courtesan
A courtesan (description from the Messel-Rosse inventory). An orian was a high-ranking courtesan. In public, they were accompanied by attendants including kamuro (female apprentices), wakaimono (male servants), and one or two shinz? (lower-ranking prostitutes)
