Tortoise-shell with miniature of a posy of flowers
Tortoise-shell set with a miniature in oil on card, mounted under glass in gold. The circular box has straight sides with pierced gold mounts (lower one on lid missing) and a pull-off lid. The circular miniature depicts a posy of roses, narcissi, nasturtiums and auriculas.
