Note

A 'ladder' shape created by cut-out rectangles, with seven small male and female figures printed vertically on each side, and another at the top. Lettering printed on each 'rung'. Published by R. Miller. Blue paper pasted on verso, visible through the holes in the card. Pieces of newsprint visible on the verso of the blue paper: heads of King Richard, Henry IV and three more heads just visible at the sides.
