Factory: Chelsea Porcelain Manufactory
Soft-paste oval porcelain dish or stand for a carp tureen, moulded and painted overglaze in polychrome enamels. The dish is in imitation basket work with sprays of flowers, with various large leaves painted in different shadse of green moulded on top.
History note: From the collection of Mrs Rudolph de Trafford. Sold at Christie's, 28th October, lot 26
