Ceramic Body composed of terracotta ( Brick-red earthenware. Gritty body with many inclusions: some micaceous, some glassy?, plus a few green (copper mineral?) in the hair bun. Some organic inclusions: e.g. an impression of a flat piece of plant material is visible in the chin.)
Surface composed of paint ( Dark red paint, thick in places.)
