Dark stoneware dish, with a pale greyish blue opaque glaze with light brown crackle. The dish has a wide base and slanting sides with slightly everted, six fold foliate lip. Short, glazed, tapering foot, with unglazed rim. Glazed base.
Purchased using the Miss D. Milton Fund, and a grant in aid from the Victoria and Albert Museum, 1978
