Compressed globular jarlet with one ring handle missing, and the other cracked. The neck slants slightly inwards with a small cut off mouth. The upper half of the body is decorated with a moulded floral scroll pattern. The upper and lower body fairly smoothly joined. The lower body is decorated with carved, fluted striations. Carefully carved unglazed ring foot and base. Gray biscuit. The matt finish on the jarlet may have been caused by burial
