Description

A footed tea bowl with many irregular indentations is covered in a white glaze with brown flecks. The rim is emerald green. A sprigged figure of a prancing horse in blue and white, with very prominent mane and tail, appears on one side. A rearing sprigged horse, tethered to a stake, appears in the well in black and white, over a grey-green glaze. The horses are in slight relief, and are the device of the Prince of Soma. Spiral in base.
