Porcelain or stoneware lamp or incense burner, with ivory white glaze. The deep sided bowl has a wide, slightly sloping rim and is supported on a circular 'frilled' foot, and a cylindrical stem with a downward slanting 'frilled' flange at its junction with the bowl. Ding type
Two areas, one small one large, have been restored with what may be lacquer, and a crack has been filled with the same material. There are two short cracks in the rim, and six shallow chips on the underside of the foot.
