Mercury and Argus
Sculptor: Aspetti, Tiziano (Style of)
Bronze, cast. Mercury stands on his right leg with his left leg relaxed at the knee and his foot placed on Argus' head. His right arm, bent at the elbow is held up in front of him, and his left holds to his left thigh a drape which descends to the ground and billows forward to the right of his right leg.
