Production: Meissen Porcelain Factory
Hard-paste porcelain (one of a pair) painted in enamel colours in kakiemon style; blue, green, red, yellow, purple, brown and black with a touch of gold. Circular with deep curved sides and eight shallow lobes on the brown rim, standing on a foot ring. On the left is a tiger entwined around bamboo, while on the right is a plum tree and bamboo.
