Dating

Production date: AD 1817 : Williams left for Italy and Greece in 1816, and arrived in Naples in January 1817. This drawing, apparently dated 7 June, and PD.18-1988, dated 27 June 1817 would seem to indicate that he remained in the area for around six months.
