Pot with lid. White earthenware, moulded and decorated underglaze with a multicolour transfer print. On the top 'The Old Water Mill', after Nicholas Bercham 'Travellers Conversing'; line and dot border, Fig. VIII a (Williams-Wood, p. 103) with gilt line and blue and yellow marbled surround. On squat pot decorated with two gilt lines.
