Buff stoneware, thrown, pierced, and glazed dark brown.
Buff stoneware, thrown, with an applied strap handle connected to the interior by a hole in the wall of the jug at the lower end, and at the top to a tube round the rim with three sucking spouts. the neck is pierced by five gothic window shapes. The dark brown glaze which stops short of the lower edge; and the base is unglazed.
History note: Uncertain by donor who purchased it about 1976 for £2.50
