White earthenware, moulded and decorated underglaze with a multicolour transfer print. Circular. On top of lid 'Royal Harbour, Ramsgate - from the Jetty', after W.H. Bartlett, inscribed 'ROYAL HARBOUR RAMSGATE'; border of two narrow black lines and outer edgeing pyramids on a yellow ground.
