Oval, bombé-shaped pressed tortoise shell box with silver portrait bust of William III and Queen Mary
Pressed tortoise shell with stamped, chased and engraved silver. Oval bombé-shaped with fluted lid and base. The hinge on a long side is engraved with stylised flowers. The top of the lid is set with a silver double portrait bust of William III and Queen Mary in relief. The base has a twisted silver wire round the rim.
