Rock crystal and silver-gilt; of tapering form, shaped oval in section; the silver-gilt mounts and hinge with engraved borders. The top of the slightly domed cover is set with a silver-gilt cartouche initialled 'SHCC' within an engraved border. The stopper is missing.
