The Cavalier and the Service Woman
Factory: F. & R. Pratt & Co.
White earthenware, moulded, decorated with coloured transfer prints under a clear glaze. Blue, yellow, red and green with a brown key plate. Cylindrical with handle applied on opposite side to the print. 'The Cavalier and the Service Woman' in trefoil-ended oblong enclosed by a gilt line; green ground. There are gilt lines at the top and bottom of the mug and on the handle. The interior of the rim is decorated with border pattern 123.
