Buff earthenware, tin-glazed white on the upper surface and painted in blue which has run. Within a circular medallion, a river scene with a boat in the middle, a castle on the left and a windmill and a tower in the distance to the right; barred ox-head corners. There is a hole on the top left and on the lower right of the medallion
