Description

Two fob seals, a watch key, hook and clasp in three-coloured gold set with turquoises and small red and green stones

Chalcedony with three-coloured gold engraved mounts set with turquoises and red and green stones (probably garnets and emeralds). One fob seal has an octagonal sealstone with intaglio crest; the other is oval and inscribed 'DFS' in reverse; both have a domed back with applied butterfly shaped handle with filigree wings, and are decorated with applied flowers and leaves and set with small stones. The top of the long spatulate hook is decorated with a similar butterfly. The watch key has a scallop shell shaped handle set with small stones. The four are linked by a circular split ring decorated with applied leaves and stones.
