Description

Frame of a raised foliated scroll in enamel surrounds the slightly sunk centre piece. On a plain gilt ground is applied the enamelled bearded figure of Christ, blessing with his right hand and holding open a book with his left hand. His robe of red is partially covered by a blue mantle. The large halo is of many colours surmounted by a white Greek Cross
