Silver; the cylindrical sides pierced with a dog and birds amid scrolling foliage
Silver; the cylindrical sides are pierced and engraved with a dog and birds amid scrolling foliage beneath a gadrooned rim. The almost flat cover is engraved with a border of flowers and foliage. The leaf capped double scroll handle has an openwork shell thumbpiece. There is a clear glass liner (A), which may be a replacement.
