Description

Earthenware, tin-glazed white on the upper surface and painted in manganese, blue, green and yellow. Within a circular medallion, framed by two concentric lines, a shepherd sitting on a bank beneath a tree, playing a pipe to his sheep which are listening attentively; debased ox-head corners. There is a hole in the lower right corner.
