One of a set of three casters
Maker: Bullen, Nathanial (Possibly)
Silver; cylindrical body with gadroon edged base, and bayonet fitting high domed cover
Silver,; the cylindrical body has an applied moulded girdle two thirds of the way down the sides and at the base, just above the embossed garooned spreading circular foot. The cover is attached to the body with a bayonet fitting. The almost straight sides of the high dome are pierced with dots and scrolls in a pattern of stylised flowers. The flattish top has two bands of embossed gadroon decoration round the central ball finial. The side engraved with initials 'M' over 'RL' and a later crest. (with M.37A-1961 and M.37B-1961)
