Floor tile fragment with deer and flower scrolls. This is a fragment of a square tile which had an elaborate eight-petalled lotus design in the centre and a variation of this motif in each of the four corners. The front edge is covered with an intricate floral scroll enclosing a pair of confronting deer. The whole decoration is crisply moulded. The fine clay body is of dark grey colour.
