Note

This type of pottery is mostly found in Silla tombs, often with the remains of eggshells and bird bones inside, which were evidently used as offerings at funeral ceremonies. Some examples are displayed in Kyemyng University Museum, Taegu, North Kyngsang province. Vessels of this type were made in the kilns at Ch'onbuk-myon, Wolsong-gun, North Kyongsang province; more than twenty-five waste heaps of Silla pottery have been discovered in that area.
