Fragment with moulded design. Stoneware, moulded and celadon-glazed. Fragment of a bowl with impressed peony design. The fragment has a fine jade-coloured glaze and dates from the best period of Koryo celadon.

The piece would have been fired on quartzite spurs. Characteristic is a pale bluish or a darker green glaze. The fragment can be compared with the various types of sherd found at the Yuch'on-ri kilns, which date from the twelfth and thirteenth centuries, see documentation.
