Description

The steel blade is small, single edged and bearded, with a flat square back. It is bordered with floral bands in spindly gold koftgari including the maker’s inscription. The haft is of spiral-carved dark wood visible only at the centre, with a spiral decorated gilt copper alloy ferrule and terminal, the latter with a spiral carved knop finial. At the top is a low gilt dome and washer .
