Of steel, circular and formed in a shallow dome, etched with a central star with a diabolical head, surrounded with concentric star-shaped bands of calligraphy (illegible) and fishes in in scrolling foliages, with eight figures in medallions around the outside. The rim is bordered with a wide band of etched calligraphy. There are four bosses, with pierced lugs inside. The shield is lined with red cotton. The lining is stained and extensively damaged especially round the edge.
