Fragment with brown-painted design. Stoneware, brushed with white slip, painted in iron-oxide and punch'ong-glazed. Fragment of a jar with scroll design.

Note

Vessels of this type which have a dark body, are brushed (kwiyal) with white slip on the upper part and freely painted in dark iron pigment, were made for daily use at Hakpong-ri, Kongju-gun in South Ch'ungch'ong province.
