Porcelain decorated with underglaze blue, rouge de fer and green enamel with a dragon chasing a flaming pearl amid clouds. Carved green steatite (soapstone) top
The base with the four-character mark 'hsing yuan t'ang chih' (made at/or for the hall of constellations).
