Bone china, slip-cast, with clear and pale yellow glazes, painted (probably) in royal blue and yellow enamels, and gilded. The bowl is of squat urn-shape with a shallow incurved shoulder, and two loop handles, standing on a low foot. The shallow domed cover has an oval ring handle.
