Description

Gold; large long oval, containing under glass, a cockade made of hair of two colours and small pearls threaded on wires, with a bow of metal set with small pearls. At either side a rose spray is painted on the ivory background, all surrounded by a border of red enamel. The edges of the pendant are slightly chased. The pendant was probably originally double-sided, but the other side has gone.
