Cutting from a Gradual
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Parchment, 130 x 133 mm, fragmentary words and four-line staves ruled in black ink (one of the lines ruled in red as well) on reverse.
CONTENTS: The reverse contains a section of the Mass for the Assumption of the Virgin, et dedu[cet te mirabiliter] dex[tera tua].
DECORATION: Historiated initial formed of acanthus, fish-scale motifs, and masks on framed, recessed blue-green grounds: [G, 2 ll.] Coronation of the Virgin by the Trinity.
