Candlestick or cupstand. Hard-paste porcelain painted underglaze in blue. The tapering cylindrical stem has a recessed base and projects between .8 cm and 1.0 cm above the broad, slightly concave quadrilobed drip pan (?). The drip pan (?) is decorated with prunus, pine and bamboo and has a narrow line running round the outer and inner edges. The underside is decorated with four groups of three joined oval motifs and has a narrow line round the outer and inner edges. The stem is decorated with flowering branches and has a line running round the top and bottom.
